M3 was founded in 2005 by Paul V. Francischetti, President, and Robert J. Rubino, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., to address critical business needs of small to large sized medical practices. Paul and Robert have been business partners for over 5 years.

As a VP of Business Development at a prestigious advertising company and VP of Marketing and Planning at Verizon, Paul has developed and executed multiple new products, managed large-scale mergers, passed legislation and is a nationally recognized spokesman. Paul holds an MBA, an MS in Engineering Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering.

Robert has a four-practitioner private practice with two NJ offices. As former Residency Director for Overlook Hospital’s OBGYN program, he earned the rank of Assistant Clinical Professor of OBGYN at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ). Robert converted his practice to EMR and developed 3 credit CME courses approved by the Medical Society of NJ on the subject. Robert is a featured speaker and lectures extensively on the topic of EMR.
